Our Training Programme is coordinated by our internal team of experienced Training and Development professionals.
Each and every new starter within the business has a personal development programme tailored specifically to their role, grade and experience.
The programme modules are delivered by our in-house Training and Development Team with additional support from a small number of carefully selected external trainers. The external suppliers that we partner with have, in the main, been working together with us for 10 years or more. They have intimate knowledge of our business, culture, values and goals which results in extremly relevant and effective learning.
