Our training programme has been developed over the last 27 years and is one of the most comprehensive and supportive training programmes in the recruitment industry. We are so confident in the effectiveness of our training that many of our core recruits are graduates with no experience in sales or recruitment.
Matchtech Group sponsors all of our consultants to study for the 'Certificate in Recruitment Practice' with the REC and will also support and fund many other studies relevant to our Shared Services Departments.
