Gill has been with Matchtech Group Plc for 10 years, and has seen the company grow from 90 employees to just under 350 today. Gill previously worked as a Branch Manager for Brook Street so has 20 years in the recruitment industry. Gemma Adams, Internal Recruitment Officer
Gemma joined the team from Hays Recruitment where she worked as a Senior Consultant. She won newcomer of the year in 2006 and went on to build a wealth of experience and knowledge of recruiting on the south coast. 'Managing the internal and external recruitment campaigns at all levels I am very much enjoying life at Matchtech including the hard work ethic and being part of a close knit team.'
Jennifer Blundell, Internal Recruitment Consultant
Jennifer works alongside Gemma and is involved throughout the whole interview process. Jennifer focuses on our graduate trainee programme by attending university fairs and giving various presentations about the role of a recruiter, and interview/CV techniques.
Jake Jessey, Learning and Development Manager
Jake began his career as a trainee at Matchtech. After 10 successful years as consultant and manager, Jake turned his attention to training, and has pioneered the company's learning and development initiatives. His recruitment knowledge gives him maximum impact when training our new staff.
Elaine Keith, Training Officer
Elaine has over 7 years experience in the world of Learning and Development, many of those years spent with '3 Mobile' designing and delivering training to all staff. Her remit within the Matchtech Group is to ensure that all staff have the necessary systems knowledge to realise their maximum potential.
Mandy Ireland, HR Administrator
Mandy’s role includes keeping staff records up to date on the HR database, issuing contracts and documentation to new starters, and scheduling the company's in house training programmes.
