Hi my name’s Adie Gunn and I’m Matchtech Group’s Chief Executive. The Group is currently going through an exciting period, evolving from a single site, technical recruitment business into a multi-site, multi-brand specialist recruitment solutions Group. The success of this evolutionary process to date has been very much down to the quality of the staff within the Group
Matchtech Group plc is one of the UK’s largest recruitment Groups with very ambitious growth plans both within the UK and Internationally. These growth plans provide individuals with a platform to launch exciting career opportunities.
I joined the Group as a trainee permanent recruitment consultant in September 1988. The first 8 years of my career I spent honing my recruitment skill before I moved into Management holding the role of Head of Engineering. It was in this role in 2002 that I won two major Master Vendor contracts for the Group which helped me secure a position on the Board as the Group Sales Director. The Group floated on the AIM stock market in October 2006 and I became CEO for Matchtech Group plc in 2007.
We are now entering the next phase of our evolution and we are looking to recruit exceptional individuals with drive and determination who can help us achieve our Group Goal
