When I joined Matchtech in 2006 following university I really didn’t know what to expect, but the comprehensive training and career structure that was in place from day one helped me to adapt far quicker than I could have imagined. Matchtech provides all the tools necessary to become successful and when this is combined with the right attitude, your career can really take off. Great performance is recognised with promotion and it’s because of this that I have been able to move quickly up the ladder within the organisation.
My role within Matchtech allows me to manage my own billing desk but also to lead and grow a team of talented consultants. It is great to see a team working hard and pulling in the same direction and the results come about because of this. Matchtech fosters a great working environment where the cliché of work hard, play hard really does fit. The team is full of like minded individuals which creates a great social scene and has helped my team to win the recent internal football tournament and rounder’s competition!
