Consultants are eligible to qualify for a company car/car allowance subject to meeting targets and subsequently on promotion. Expected qualification is generally between 12 - 24 months.

Long Service Awards
When staff achieve certain milestones in their career with Matchtech it is important that their achievement is recognised by everyone in the Company. We recognise long service with 'Red Letter Days' that increase in value on a 5 yearly term.

To help you on your way, Matchtech Group provides a discretionary bonus to celebrate your wedding. This is equivalent to one weeks' basic salary.

Referral Scheme
We like to encourage staff to recommend like minded people to join us. As a reward we give a discretionary £500 bonus to employees who refer new staff.
