The duties of a Recruitment Consultant are to obtain and qualify bookings/vacancies. You will utilise the company's in-house database system to access applicants and also advertise and market vacancies using various forms of media as required. Applicants will need to be assessed by the consultant, put forward for interviews and be given interview feedback. The consultant at Matchtech Group is involved in the whole recruitment cycle, from building the relationship with the Client company and gaining the vacancy, to attracting the applicants and filling the position.
